This «Generated» selection is the result of 9 collaborative performances with the neural network (Craiyon V1,V2), to which the same sentence (prompt) was continuously submitted over several consecutive days. One or two variables were added to the phrase to vary the images generated. Several thousand images were thus generated, of which a selection of over 600 was made. The aim of these perfor- mances was to explore the ability of the AI (Craiyon V1 & V2) to generate images exploring major themes in the history of photography, to capture representation bugs and to observe its progress and learning curve. This selection of images documents the formal and conceptual possibilities of the Craiyon AI from January to March 2023.
